Frequently Asked Questions

Is this for me if I don't have a business yet?

If you have a clear idea you're ready to test in the market, yes. If you're still picking between five vague concepts, this isn't the right fit yet — start with a free 15-min call first.

How much time per week should I plan for?

Plan for ~3–5 hours a week: one live session plus the assignment you apply directly to your business. The work isn't extra — most of it replaces things you're probably already trying to figure out on your own.

When are the live sessions? What if I miss one?

One live session per week, online, scheduled in a Pacific Time evening slot that works for the cohort. Every session is recorded — if you miss one, you watch the replay and submit the assignment on the same deadline.

Why is the price $399 if the regular price is $1,500?

The June 22 cohort is the launch cohort. We're keeping the group small, gathering feedback, and trading a discount for honest input. Once it fills, the price goes back to $1,500 CAD — that's it, no fake countdowns.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds once the cohort starts. The program shares the actual playbook — frameworks, tools, decisions — and that's not something we can un-share. If life happens, email programs@theexecutionlab.ca at least one week before the start date and we’ll refund you in full or move you to the next cohort.

Does this work for my industry / type of business?

The fundamentals — offer, sales channel, execution systems — apply to services, products, B2B, B2C, online and offline. We've worked with consultants, coaches, agencies, software founders, and physical-product businesses. If you sell something to someone, the framework holds.

What if my application isn't approved?

You'll hear back within 5 business days either way. If it's a no, we'll tell you why and point you to the next step that actually fits — usually a Deep Dive or a future cohort once you have more clarity.
